About__
An 18-story condominium that captures the essence of loft living in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. The 120-unit building is at the southwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Hoover Avenue. In addition to the 5 levels of parking structure, the roof deck is a combination of a complete fitness center and lap pool. The structure system is cast-in-place construction, post-tensioned and mild steel. Due to the challenging soil condition of the site, the foundation is a combination of micro pile and mat footing to control settlement and utilize the most economical foundation system.
